Safety, punctuality, friendliness, cleanliness and modernity. These are the values enshrined in FART’s Code of Ethics, which our company and our employees have committed themselves to upholding in their dealings with customers.
In a 2020 marked by the pandemic, safety and cleanliness have become even more important. Cleaning and disinfection activities have therefore been stepped up. We have taken care of our users by promoting awareness campaigns on the measures to be taken on board vehicles and in waiting areas. We have applied the protection concept defined by the federal authorities for public transport with rigour and commitment on a daily basis, adapting to the directives in good time. This has been a major commitment and will continue to be so in the coming months. We are ready to continue along this path in order to fulfil our mission: to guarantee our travellers the experience of a punctual, comfortable and safe journey.
