at least 48 hours before travel (Mon – Fri by 11 a.m.)
Bookings received at the weekend will be processed on Monday.
The postponement or cancellation of a trip,
as well as major changes in the number
of participants must be announced
by 11:00 a.m. on the working day prior to the journey.
Booking a trip does not guarantee the right to a seat.
