Code of Ethics

Why a code of conduct
As a public service, FART must operate in accordance with a set of core values (see following pages). The attitude of employees has an important impact on the working climate and the image of the company. The commitment of each employee to respect the code is a fundamental prerequisite for offering a quality service that is sustainable over time.

The code is therefore intended to be a reference tool for the adoption of responsible attitudes and behaviour towards others and in particular towards customers; it makes it possible to know the behaviour and conduct to be adopted in the exercise of one’s functions and profession.
