The Disabled Persons Act (LDis) stipulates that from 2024, public transport must be accessible without barriers and thus, in principle, usable independently by people with disabilities. In recent years, various facilities and vehicles have been adapted so that disabled users, or those with reduced mobility, can travel independently.
